We have provided services to members for over fifteen years and

organizations are under the direction of physicians, therefore you
can rest assured that we are dedicated to your good health and are

of our physicians are Board Certified and are on staff at some of
the finest hospitals in the region. Through Lakewood Health Plan,
Inc. and Affiliates, our physicians are providers for most
major insurance carriers that service HMOs, PPOs, Medicare, Healthy
